Upon graduating at the top of his class with honors during law school, he served for two decades as a professor of law at Chicago-Kent College of Law at Illinois Institute of Technology. He has lectured and written extensively about mortgages, real estate, and creditors' rights. Marty has helped train thousands of lawyers, law students, and lender personnel.

Steven Rappin

Steve currently serves as the Managing Partner of H&R. Since graduating from DePaul University College of Law, He has spent the past thirty years handling complex litigation and contested bankruptcy matters. Rated AV by his peers, Steve supervises the H&R Banking Law practice group, with emphasis on drafting and closing conventional and nonconventional loan transactions, as well as managing contested litigation for H&R  clients.
