Our law firm represents lenders and creditors in all facets of Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings throughout the State of Illinois. In Chapter 11 cases, H&R negotiates complex reorganization plans and cash collateral orders. We also prosecute stay litigation and litigate secured creditor priority disputes. Defense is provided for preference cases and fraudulent conveyance and lender liability claims in the bankruptcy courts and on appeal. Additionally, our attorneys represent purchasers of assets from debtors' estates. 

In Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies, H&R attends 341 Meetings of Creditors, prepares and files motions for relief from stay, annulment, and abandonment, and prepares and files proof of claims and objections to confirmation.


H&R represents banks, mortgage lenders, and creditors in the collection of accounts and the recovery of real and personal property collateral. In addition to an efficient pre-suit collection process, our firm makes meaningful recommendations as to the appropriate course of action, whether legal or amicable, for the timely collection of delinquent accounts.
