Noah joined HRO in October, 2005, concentrating his practice in the areas of mortgage foreclosure law and commercial litigation.
He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and then went on to earn his Juris Doctor Degree from John Marshall Law School in May of 2003. Noah worked at the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Illinois in the Labor & Employment Unit prior to joining HRO.
Noah was admitted to the Illinois Bar in November of 2003 and to the Northern District of Illinois in December of 2003.
