In May of 1996, Dan earned his Juris Doctor Degree from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law. He became a member of the HRO team in the summer of 1997, and was elected partner in the fall of 2005. Dan supervises the HRO attorneys and paralegals involved in the Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, and Litigation practice groups. He has extensive experience in representing HRO’s clients in contested litigation in both the state and federal trial courts.
