HRO represents lenders and creditors in all facets of Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings throughout the State of Illinois. In Chapter 11 cases, HRO negotiates complex reorganization plans, cash collateral orders, prosecutes stay litigation, litigates secured creditor priority disputes, defends preference cases, fraudulent conveyance and lender liability claims, in the bankruptcy courts and on appeal, and represents purchasers of assets from debtors' estates. In Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies, HRO attends 341 Meetings of Creditors, prepares and files motions for relief from stay, annulment, and abandonment, and prepares and files proof of claims and objections to confirmation, and reaffirmation agreements.
